Our Process

  1. Field inspection of equipment to be rebuilt and on-site conditions. This will be done at no charge to the customer.
  2. A quote for doing removal and dismantling, cleaning and inspection of the equipment will be sent to the customer.
  3. Equipment will be removed and brought to our shop.
  4. Dismantling, cleaning and inspection will be done. An inspection report with the condition of all parts will be sent to the customer.
  5. A repair procedure with all necessary parts need and with a fixed price for rebuilding the equipment will also be sent to the customer.
  6. All volutes, impellers, bowls, column pipes, discharge heads and valve bodies gets sandblasted and inspected for cracks and wear.
  7. All epoxy coating will be done as soon as parts have been sandblasted and cleaned
  8. Repair work will be started as soon as a purchase order for doing the repair work has been received. All rotating elements will be dynamically balanced.
  9. The rebuilt equipment will be installed and laser aligned.
  10. Equipment will be started with our mechanics on-site.
  11. A repair report with all parts used and with all running clearances will be sent to the customer.
  12. All equipment will have a 1 year warranty on parts supplied by NEPV, Inc. and workmanship done by NEPV, Inc as per our warranty policy.
