Epox Coating

Pump efficiency and life span can be greatly improved by epoxy coating pump casings and impellers. We have ac hived up to 8% power reduction in pumps that have been epoxy coated.

All parts to be epoxy coated gets sandblasted and all any wear areas get repaired by welding or filled in with epoxy material. Rough spots get cleaned to a smooth surface. 2 coats of epoxy 15 to 20 mill in thickness get applied.

Water boxes on heat exchangers get coated after weld repair and machining of divider walls, gasket areas and pipe connections.

Valve bodies are also coated after any necessary repair have been done.
